After-sales service commitment:


Warranty period: 12 months warranty period shall be provided from the date of acceptance of the buyer. Under normal operation conditions during the warranty period, the seller shall be responsible for free maintenance of the equipment and free replacement of damaged parts. If the fault is repaired due to the buyer's fault, the buyer shall bear the cost of repair, and the warranty period of the accessories attached to the machine shall be 3 months.


After the warranty period, the seller shall provide the most preferential paid warranty, and guarantee the provision of spare parts and wearing parts.


In case of any failure within the warranty period, the seller shall, within 8 hours upon receipt of the warranty call from the buyer, make a solution to the problem within 8 hours. Within 24 hours in local area and 48 hours in other places, the seller shall send professionals to the user site to solve the problem. And in the sixth month after the sale of the machine tool and the twelfth person the seller will send professional personnel to the user site for free debugging and maintenance.
